Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Installer Apprentice to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll assist with the installation of custom closets, pantries, garages, and other storage solutions. You will work closely with experienced installers to learn the trade, develop technical skills, and ensure high-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of custom closets and storage systems
- Learn proper techniques for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety guidelines and company installation standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies for each job
- Provide excellent customer service during installations
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills
- Basic experience with hand and power tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs.)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in carpentry, woodworking, or construction is a plus but not required
