Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Design Consultant, located in Fort Mill, SC (or the surrounding areas), with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Design Consultant will be responsible for conducting client consultations, developing design plans, and presenting customized solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the sale process, and ensuring a seamless installation experience. Additional tasks include staying updated on the latest trends in interior design and home furnishings as well as leveraging multiple social media platforms and networks to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized design consultations
- Develop and execute creative interior design solutions for clients
- Drive sales through in-person and virtual consultations
- Leverage social media and digital marketing to generate leads and engage potential clients
- Collaborate with the team to enhance brand presence and marketing efforts
- Maintain strong product knowledge of furniture, furnishings, and storage solutions
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet sales goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, interior design, or home organization
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in home décor, furniture sales, or custom closets is a plus
- Sales or design-related certifications are a bonus
