About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Closet/Cabinet Installer to bring designs to life by installing custom closets, garages, desks, pantries, and entertainment centers. Key Responsibilities:

· Work independently to execute installations efficiently while delivering top-tier customer service.

· Maintain punctuality, reliability, and an excellent work ethic.

· Communicate professionally and kindly with clients and team members.

· Stay informed about product knowledge to meet client needs effectively.

· Ensure vehicles and work areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

· Adhere to company installation processes to ensure client satisfaction.

· Lift 50 pounds, navigate stairs, and use tools with precision.

· Uphold safety standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Job Expectations:

· Proficient with common hand and power tools.

· Ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.

· Attend meetings and training sessions for new product installations.

· Maintain a valid driver’s license and required vehicle insurance.

Job Type

· Full-time

· Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.

· Expected hours: 40 per week.

Requirements:

· At least 1 year of closet installation experience (required).

· Valid driver’s license (required).

· Availability Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends.
