Closet Factory is the leader in our industry.  For over 30 years, we have been creating dynamic, custom solutions for every room in our client’s homes. Due to high demand and our partnership with Costco, Closet Factory is looking to add Sales Design Consultants in Hartford, Tolland and Litchfield Counties expanding to Western Massachusetts. Our office and factory is located in Cheshire Connecticut. 

As a Closet Factory Design Consultant, you will be responsible to design, quote and close on projects ranging from custom closets, laundry rooms, offices, entertainment centers to garages and more.

We are looking for people who have:

• A solid track record of sales success, negotiation skills and closing.
• An entrepreneurial drive.
• Are trainable/coachable.
• Possess attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Superior problem-solving ability.
• Interest in home design organization.
• Ability to learn computer software.
• Comfortable with and able to thrive in a full commission/bonus sales environment.
• Fun and outgoing personalities.

Qualifications:

• A verifiable track record of sales goal achievement.
• A passion for design and organization.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in or near Hartford, Tolland or Litchfield counties.

Benefits:

Can earn $4K - $10K in commissions and bonuses per month with the potential to earn over $150K per year.
