Position Overview: Closet Factory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Factory Shop Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our team in the production of custom closet organization systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process, including saws, drills, sanders, and other tools.
- Assemble and install hardware components according to specifications.
