Customer Service – Office Star Needed to Join Our Fun & Energetic Team!

We are Closet Factory, Utah’s top quality Custom Closet, Garage, Laundry Room, Office and Pantry manufacturer which started in Salt Lake 24 years ago! We’re growing again and looking for a fun, reliable, self-motivated, people-person with excellent customer skills to join us as a valued Customer Service Scheduler and help us coordinate appointments for our Closet Designers, follow up with clients and support our Admin team.

What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments with potential clients who have contacted us
- Follow up with clients, including after appointments to ensure high client satisfaction
- Maintain an organized computer scheduling system to keep things running smoothly
- Communicate with Closet Designers and clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide top-notch customer service and be the friendly voice of our company on the phone
- Be an integral part of our front office team to support our Designers and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Fun, positive, and energetic attitude
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Previous sales experience (a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
- Dependable and detail-oriented personality
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service or scheduling (a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
- Monday - Friday 9-5, flexible hours
