Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to listen, understand client needs, and provide custom design solutions - Collaborate with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs while considering budget and timeline - Generate sales through strong product knowledge, effective communication, and excellent customer service - Work with clients throughout the design process from concept to delivery and installation day as the project manager to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and design - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and exceptional customer service skills - Prior experience in home sales or design industry preferred- Excellent attention to details and specifications
