CLOSET FACTORY COLORADO RECEPTIONIST JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serves as the first point of contact to our clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Schedules client appointments
- Gives guided showroom tours for visitors
- Assists clients in navigating showroom and products
- Keeps showroom and reception area, clean, organized and stocked.
- Operates phone system, directs calls to appropriate personnel/ department. Screens calls accordingly..
- Sorts & distributes Mail and Deliveries. Notifies appropriate personnel.
- Responds to clients, designers, and office staff in a polite and timely manner.
- File management

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- KCD and or CAD software experience a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems & office etiquette
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software and Google Drive preferred
- Salesforce Experience a plus
- Experience in design or construction industry a plus
Duties:
Showroom:
- Give showroom tours to walk ins and current clients
- Assist current clients in finding finishes in showroom for final decisions
- Greet clients, vendors, visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Stock client water & other supplies
- Stock, label, organize showroom samples
- Keep showroom clean and orderly

- clear clutter, lint, fingerprints from showroom, meeting rooms, displays, drawers, cabinets, countertops, windows, tables, and floors
- Alert Manager when showroom needs maintenance, displays are damaged, broken or when supplies are low.
Administrative:
- Schedule appointments
- Lead management in Sales Force.
- Document processing – daily filing and scanning
- Marketing material/interoffice forms

- Track inventory and restock all office forms and marketing material including Costco brochures.
- Alert EA when printed material needs to be ordered.
- Check office supply inventory and alert the Office Manager if needed.
- Assist EA in setting up for events and meetings
- Maintain meeting room schedules
- Display signage for rooms reserved, meeting, holidays etc.
- Schedule design consultations for clients who walk-in without an appointment.
- Prepare & ship packages to be mailed and schedule pick up if necessary
Other projects: Assist Customer Service Department, EA, Managers, Executives and Designers with administrative projects as needed.
Benefits:
Full Time
Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
$18-$22 per hour DOE
