Customer Service/Office Representative
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Job Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
Job Requirements
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage designers appointment calendars
- Greet visitors and provide assistance
- Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department
- General office duties and working knowledge of computers
- Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal organization skills
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8AM-5PM
