Customer Service Representative
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom home organization systems.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the customer service manager with daily tasks.
- Run payments for clients.
- Book jobs in appropriate time slots.
- Deliver administrative support for payments, and installation department.
- Field client calls.
- Trouble shoot payment issues as needed.
Job Requirements
- General office duties and working knowledge of computers.
- Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic.
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong personal organization skills.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8AM-5PM
