What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer position at Closets by Design Central Texas?
Closets by Design is hiring 2 qualified candidates to support growth for our Installer Development Program. New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.
Requirements:
- Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication skills.
We offer:
- High entry level pay, with fast opportunity for weekly bonus pay. Our lead installers earn between $65,000 and $90,000 annually while working 5 days a week.
