We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer understanding.

- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client services.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
