Installation Manager
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, pantries, home office furniture, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We desire motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service.
We are currently searching to fill a Installation Manager role on our growing team with the following responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the installation department

Manage and lead Installers and Assistant Installers (apprentices)

Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish
-
Place a high emphasis on customer service and accounts receivable
Job Requirements
-
2-4 years experience in product installation and/or installation management (which may include home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom and closet/cabinet installation experience)

Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experiences

Able to multi-task and be highly organized

Basic computer skills

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Possess and maintain current driver’s license and good driving record
