Shop Foreman
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, pantries, home office furniture, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We desire motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service.
We are currently searching to fill a Shop Foreman role on our growing team with the following responsibilities:

Manufacture custom home organization systems in our shop through hands-on work and leadership of manufacturing employees.

Work alongside Production Manager to ensure projects are completed according to the production schedule.

QC jobs to verify their readiness for installation.

Work alongside Production Manager to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and tools.
-
Lead and develop the manufacturing team through servant leadership.

Operate company equipment and tools in a safe and professional manner.
Job Requirements
-
Experience with hand tools preferred
-
Experience with C&C router preferred
-
Finish carpentry experience preferred
-
Closet, garage, office, cabinetry manufacturing and installation experience preferred

Servant-leadership oriented
-
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong personal organization skills
