Office Representative / Receptionist
We are currently seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to immediately join our team and fill the position of Office Representative / Receptionist. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Job Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Greet and interact with clients and perspective clients
- Manage employee schedules
- Manage client appointment calendars
- Assist with administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department
Job Requirements
- Previous administrative experience a plus!
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Professional presentation and appearance
- Punctual nature and natural ability to multi-task
- Strong personal organizational skills
- General office duties and working knowledge of computers
