Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.
We are looking for a self-directed, detail orientated, hardworking team player for our Front Desk Call Center.
You will need to be able to handle several incoming calls while working on other tasks. Speed, accuracy and a pleasant phone voice are vital to this position.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is highly motivated with a willingness to learn. If you are mature, responsible and have the right attitude, we are happy to train!
Job Duties:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls and route them accordingly
- Must be able to handle multiple phone lines and calls simultaneously
- Schedule appointments for our customers
- Make a high volume of outgoing calls to confirm consultations, installations and other items with our clients daily and as needed
- Process customer payments through electronic processing and our database
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in our database
- Forward paperwork efficiently throughout departments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and results as needed

- Work closely with other members of Customer Service team and maintain a positive work environment
