Residential Construction Team Member

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers & Remodelers to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals in the construction industry. Employees will have paid time off/vacation, company vehicle, paid health insurance, year-round work, $30-40/hour based on experience.

Duties

• Perform tasks such as flooring installation, cabinet installation, drywall, painting, and replacing fixtures, & remodeling.
• Support carpentry efforts by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to specifications.
• Lay tiles and restore surfaces as needed to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met.

Skills

• Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools is highly desirable.
• Experience in flooring installation, cabinet installation, drywall, remodeling or restoration is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and/or read and interpret schematics effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
