**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service both in store and online, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, online store, social media, inventory management, and employee development.
**Duties:**
- Oversee store operations, including sales, customer service, and employee management.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of sales associates, cashiers, and clerks.
- Conduct regular interviews and recruit new team members as needed.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
- Manage and process employee payrolls and other administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising, cleanliness and store displays.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to track sales and inventory.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement company initiatives and promotions.
- Implement safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong background in customer service, sales, and employee management.
