- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory to effectively communicate with customers.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively.
