If so, Cloud 9 Cannabis Co. wants you on their team! As a Budtender in our Arlington, WA location, you'll be the friendly expert guiding customers through the diverse world of cannabis. You'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service while ensuring smooth dispensary operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Become the Cannabis Guru: Confidently recommend products based on individual needs, preferences, and desired effects.
• Master POSaBit: Process transactions, manage inventory, and keep our operations running efficiently using our cutting-edge POS system.
• Educate and Empower: Share your knowledge of safe and responsible cannabis consumption practices with customers.
• Craft Personalized Experiences: Upsell products and accessories to enhance every visit and boost customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a Bud-tastic Atmosphere: Ensure the dispensary is clean, welcoming, and inviting for all.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers and colleagues, creating a positive and inclusive space.
• Champion Compliance: Uphold all state and federal cannabis regulations with integrity.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of cannabis products, consumption methods, and potential effects, with a passion for sharing your knowledge.
• Proficiency in POSaBit or a strong willingness to learn and become the system expert.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building genuine relationships and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to the dynamic dispensary environment.
• Keen eye for detail, organization, and compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and legally.
• 21 years of age or older (WA state requirement).
• Valid Washington State Driver's License.
• Successful criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in Cannabis retail or customer service.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and regulations.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish).

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting up to 8 hours a day.
• Lifting up to 5 to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Ability to use a computer and see color.
