We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems within our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Conduct residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing members concerns promptly and effectively.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
Skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with staff and members.
- Experience in residential painting and general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings for efficient problem-solving.
