Job Description :
- Review services provided by business unit customers.
- Lead Business Impact Analysis to confirm scope of business continuity plans required.
- Map processes required to provide essential services using industry standard tools and conventions (Visio and BPMN).
- Develop requirements for business continuity including process documentation, tools, and human resources needs.
- Review the requirements with the business unit customers and adjust as necessary.
- Develop business continuity plans based on requirements gathered.
