The E-Business Consultant will play a key role in the development, management, and production of online components for Wholesale Banking marketing communication programs for SharePoint Design involving emails, newsletters, landing pages, and reporting. Conducts competitive assessments which will support recommendations to modify SharePoint Design involving website design, including functionality, graphics, and content positioning. The Consultant will need to possess strong analytical skills, project management skills and strive to continuously improve campaign effectiveness based on learnings and best practices. The Consultant ensures strong collaboration with traffic managers, project managers and QA and Proofing on all projects.

• Provide a high level of customer service and support
• Leverage marketing automation tool to execute SharePoint site development for email and campaign marketing activities
• Create or develop wireframe concepts or copy decks. Utilize brand approved templates to publish email and landing page layouts
• Provide feedback to enhance the user experience
• Consult with team members and provide feedback on how to improve campaigns
• Segment customer lists based on marketing program
• Design, crop, and optimize banners or photos into templates
• First round is on the phone second round is face to face. Please only send candidates that will come for a face-to-face interview in Charlotte.
