Overview: 
We are seeking a Project Lead to work with our client. This role involves strategic oversight, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful alignment of the SIM system with institutional goals. The Project Lead will advise the Project Director and Implementation Leads on data and project management, ensuring alignment with our clients’ project goals. Subject to the requirements set forth in these Project Specifications, the Project Lead may be an individual or a team of individuals. The Project Lead will oversee the project from planning to launch and will coordinate with stakeholders to meet project data requirements. We are seeking a Compliance Investigator to work with our client. The Compliance Investigator will lead compliance efforts, manage investigations, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including CDPAP and Medicaid. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organization. This position is remote in NY. Candidates must reside in the state of NY to be considered.

Duties: 

• Manage the client project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX/UI designers, and educational specialists, to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Work closely with campus representatives to ensure the system meets the needs of educational institutions.
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards and user requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• 7 years of experience in managing higher education, government, and corporate projects with a broad breadth of experience in application development is preferred.
• Experience in project management providing strategic advice and guidance on project related matters.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies.
• Experience in managing data integration processes and developing effective data management strategies.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
