Overview:
We are seeking a QA Analyst – Eligibility Domain to support our client on a project focused on eligibility and enrollment systems within healthcare and the State of New York. The ideal candidate will bring both QA expertise and domain knowledge of eligibility processes to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
Duties:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for systems related to eligibility processing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
- Validate system outputs and workflows for accuracy against eligibility rules and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform end-to-end, regression, and UAT testing for Medicaid eligibility-related modules.
- Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with development teams to resolve them.
- Analyze data sets and backend logic to validate eligibility rules and edge cases.
- Contribute to QA best practices, standards, and continuous improvement efforts.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 3 years of QA experience in enterprise software testing.
- 1 years' experience in eligibility determination processes in Medicaid, Medicare, or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of enrollment workflows and eligibility criteria.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in SQL and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, ReadyAPI).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior work with state or federal healthcare programs.
