Overview:

We are seeking an Application Integration Specialist to join our team. The Integration Specialist ensures seamless connectivity between systems, applications, and processes. This role focuses on designing secure and efficient data interfaces, aligning data architecture with project goals, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to support business operations. This position focuses on supporting the technical and architectural needs of student systems, with a primary emphasis on the Unified Student Information Management (SIM) System while also addressing other student systems across our client's network. The specialist will design and implement complex data interfaces to enhance business operations, providing strategic guidance on data matters and ensuring data architecture aligns with project goals. They will foster collaboration across departments, and external vendors to meet data requirements. In partnership with the Project Management Office (PMO) and project leaders, the specialist will improve workflows, optimize project management tools, and drive the success of the Unified SIM System and other key initiatives.

Duties:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Design comprehensive information systems architecture to integrate various IT systems and applications effectively.

• Develop secure, efficient, and scalable data interfaces to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.

• Create and implement strategic plans for the development, deployment, and management of information systems.

• Ensure that integration architecture meets both current and future business and project requirements.

• Provide expertise in system security, performance, and scalability to support organizational objectives.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams-including IT, business analysts, and project managers-to deliver successful system implementations.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative and effective solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing education, government, or corporate projects with a focus on application development.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies.

• Expertise in designing and maintaining data architecture to support evolving business requirements.

• Demonstrated success in managing data integration processes and creating effective data management strategies
