This role involves creating visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the student experience. The User Interface (UI) Designer will advise on business and functional matters to ensure alignment with project goals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments and external vendors to meet project requirements and schedules. In partnership with the Project Management Office (PMO) and project leaders, the specialist will improve workflows, optimize project management tools, and drive the success of the Unified SIM System and other key initiatives.The UI Designer will provide strategic and functional advice and guidance to the project director, implementation leads, Digital Transformation Project (DTP) teams, and division directors on business / functional-related matters, ensuring that business strategies align with the overall project goals.Duties : Collaborate with product managers, user experience (UX) designers, developers, and educational stakeholders to create and implement design solutions.Design user interfaces for student systems that align with brand guidelines and provide an optimal user experience.Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.Incorporate user research findings and feedback into UI designs in collaboration with UX designers.Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and adhere to best practices and accessibility standards.Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members.Mandatory Qualifications : 8 years of experience in UI Design.UI design experience in education, government, and corporate projects, with a focus on application development.Experience providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management on business / functional matters.Expertise in evaluating and improving business processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to drive business insights and identify opportunities for digital enhancement.Cloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
