Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact and authority in the subject matter area, providing expert-level advice, knowledge, and solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to define requirements, scope, and deliverables aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies for optimization.
- Lead or support the development of documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, presenting insights, recommendations, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making.
- Lead or participate in quality assurance and compliance audits as required.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Business, IT, Engineering, Healthcare, etc.
- 8 years of experience in Data Governance, including 2 years in a senior or advisory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or distributed environment.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance within the specific domain.
