Duties
- Translation of the business requirement and use cases to develop enterprise applications and unit testing of same.
- Work with the technical leads and architects to transform the high and low-level system design into technical components.
- Develop applications based on technical requirements, design & architecture principles & standards Build reusable code and libraries for platform & shared services
- Produce work products and applications that reflect and ensure system design and delivery are in line with business needs and project plan.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned
- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer.
- Seven (7) years of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development.
- Seven (7) years of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques.
- Five (5) years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.
- Seven (7) years of developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns.
- Five (5) years of developing web applications utilizing Angular.
- Five (5) years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's.
- Five (5) years of Experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server.
- Five (5) years of Experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using Oracle.
- Three (3) years of Domain knowledge and experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc.
- Four (4) years of experience with Web APIs and JSON.
- Masters/ bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology.
