Overview: 

We are looking for a Financial Functional Lead to support our client. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle’s SaaS Accounting ERP suite, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and related reporting, particularly within the public sector.

Duties

• Lead and manage Oracle SaaS ERP implementations, ensuring seamless configuration and deployment.
• Provide expertise in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and financial reporting within the public sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and drive best practices in financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with public sector accounting standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing support and guidance to end-users.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful ERP implementation.
• Work closely with technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors to optimize ERP performance.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• Experience in Oracle SaaS Accounting ERP suite (Accounts Payable & General Ledger and associated reporting for public sector)
• Experience with at least 3 Oracle SaaS implementations in a functional capacity.
• Public sector experience, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in leading technical teams, managing projects, and driving system improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Oracle SaaS ERP certifications.
• Experience with change management and end-user training.
• Knowledge of financial compliance regulations within the public sector.
