Duties
- Identify candidates with the right skills to meet client needs
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand job requirements
- Source candidates through various job platforms
- Conduct phone interviews to assess technical qualifications
- Maintain and update the internal ATS and candidate pipelines
- Build and nurture relationships with qualified candidates for ongoing opportunities
- Meet weekly metrics for interviews and candidate submissions
- Work in a hybrid environment
- 4 years of U.S. IT recruitment/technical staffing (preferably W2 and C2C)
- Full life cycle recruitment experience (screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Experience hiring across various technical levels
- Proficient in ATS systems and job portals (Dice, indeed, LinkedIn)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree
- Experience with government clients
- Experience working in start-up environments
