Overview:

We are seeking an OpenText Architect who will support our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in cloud-native implementations and integration design, ensuring seamless platform functionality. This role requires strong experience in communication design, orchestration flow models, API integrations, and workflow process designs to successfully guide the client through their new implementation.

Duties:

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for OpenText Exstream cloud-native solutions.

• Design and implement integration strategies to connect various platform components effectively.

• Develop and optimize communication design processes within the Exstream environment.

• Configure and design business tools, including Content Author and Empower.

• Establish and refine orchestration flow models to streamline document generation and distribution processes.

• Work with Windows-based Exstream Designer tools to develop and enhance document design solutions.

• Define and oversee approval and workflow processes to facilitate seamless migration of artifacts between environments.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• Ensure best practices are followed in security, scalability, and performance optimization within the cloud-native Exstream ecosystem.

• Provide technical documentation, training, and support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills/ Experience:

• Expert-level experience with OpenText Exstream, particularly in a cloud-native environment.

• Strong knowledge of communication design and orchestration flow modeling.

• Hands-on experience configuring and designing tools such as Content Author and Empower.

• Deep understanding of API integrations

• Proficiency with Windows-based Designer tools.

• Demonstrated experience in designing approval and workflow processes for migrating artifacts between environments.
