We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support our client for an appeals management project, where you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for enhancement.

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support our client for an appeals management project, where you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Duties
- Refine documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio in accordance with client standards.
- Adhere strictly to specified templating guidelines.
- Pay close attention to detail to punctuation, grammar, headings, table of contents, and spacing.
- Maintain and enforce specific naming conventions, with the ability to identify and correct deviations promptly.
- Efficiently and accurately workshop documents to meet client deadlines.
- Edit and review highly technical documentation with precision.
- 2 years of experience as an analyst
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to edit documents quickly and accurately
- Familiarized with document settings for Microsoft Word and Excel (e.g. spacing, indents, font styles, tables)
- Copy editing
- A bachelor’s degree
- Ability to identify and correct issues related to punctuation, grammar, headings, and spacing.
- Skills in refining documents and adhering to templating guidelines, including adjusting document settings such as spacing, indents, and font styles.
- Expertise in copy editing and reviewing highly technical documentation while maintaining precision.
- Capability to follow strict naming conventions and correct deviations efficiently.
