Overview: 

We are seeking Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to work with our client. The candidate will work on a project focusing on implementing a Medicaid transfer solution on AWS for NYS. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of both technical and non-technical documents. With a strong focus on quality assurance and quality control, this role requires exceptional attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Duties: 

• Provide quality assurance/ quality control checks on technical and non-technical documents.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation.
• Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to organizational guidelines and best practices.
• Work under tight deadlines to deliver accurate and polished documents.
• Quickly learn and apply new information, particularly related to Medicaid systems.
• Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Word to review and format documents as needed.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• 5 years of quality assurance experience, with a proven track record of ensuring document quality and accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Medicaid systems and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb and apply new information in a dynamic environment.
