Senior Business Analyst - (agile/scrum, tools: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the organization, leveraging data and insights to drive business improvements, optimize processes, and support decision-making. You will lead the analysis of complex business problems and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

Duties:

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Develop business cases, process flows, user stories, and use cases.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and strategic growth.

• Conduct market and competitive research to inform business trategy.

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for IT or development teams.

• Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.

• Monitor KPIs and develop reports/dashboards to track business performance.

• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, IT, or related field (master is preferred).

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role.

• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis.

• 3 years' experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Knowledge or Experience with Payroll.

• 1 year experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).

• 4 years' experience giving presentations

• 2 years' experience to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).

• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) is a plus.
