- The Senior Product Leader – A visionary thinker with a user-first approach, keen to innovate and solve complex challenges in a dynamic environment. Candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of our integrated product offerings.
- This role requires a blend of strategic vision, market analysis, and hands-on leadership to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our clients and users.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to create cohesive, scalable solutions that bring together multiple programs or services into a unified ecosystem.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals and integrates multiple services into a seamless ecosystem.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this data to inform product development and strategy.
- Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of innovative products that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- User-Centric Design: Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring that products meet the needs of diverse users and deliver value across the ecosystem.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide product managers, designers, and other team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist.
- Seven or more year of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on integrated or complex systems.
- Seven or more years of experience in building technical products from ideation to launch.
- Seven or more years of working experience in market analysis, user research, and product lifecycle management.
- Seven or more years of working experience with agile methodologies such as scrum, kanban, or LEAN etc. and leading cross-functional teams.
- Seven or more years of working experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Five or more years of working experience in migrating clients or platforms to new environment.
- Working experience with integrated ecosystems, such as platforms that connect multiple services or programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
