Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who will support our client. The consultant will begin by supporting a Salesforce use case assessment and, contingent upon approval, will lead the development of the selected use cases. The initial engagement is for four months focused on the assessment phase, with the potential for a longer-term role once development work is approved and initiated.
Duties:

Conduct Salesforce organizational assessments and evaluate suitability for proposed use cases

Provide expert-level support in Salesforce configuration and Apex customization

Participate in discovery and planning sessions to align technical solutions with business needs

Integrate Salesforce with external systems

Configure and manage AppExchange products as required

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support assessment findings and implementation plans

Document technical specifications, system designs, and configurations
Mandatory Qualifications:
-
12 years of experience in Salesforce development

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
-
At least one engagement involving Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

Proven experience conducting Salesforce organizational assessments

Strong skills in Salesforce configuration and Apex customization

Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft or any other middleware

Experience configuring AppExchange products
Desirable Qualifications:

Previous experience working with public sector clients or government agencies
