Overview: 

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to support our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle’s SaaS architecture, with a strong background in Oracle SaaS ERP configuration and implementation. Expertise in OCI toolsets, data migrations, networking, database management, and application security administration is essential for this role.

Duties

• Lead Oracle SaaS ERP technical implementations, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
• Provide expertise in Oracle SaaS architecture, OCI toolset, data migrations, networking, and database security.
• Ensure proper application security administration and compliance with public sector regulations.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to define system requirements and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, integrations, and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to Oracle SaaS ERP.
• Optimize network configurations and database management for improved efficiency.
• Oversee technical project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Work closely with business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• Experience in Oracle SaaS Accounting ERP suite (Accounts Payable & General Ledger and associated reporting for public sector)
• Experience with at least 3 Oracle SaaS implementations in a technical capacity.
• Demonstrable technical experience with the following Oracle SaaS components:
• Oracle SaaS configuration
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tool set
• Data migrations
• Network administration
• Database administration
• Application security administration
• Public sector experience, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in leading technical teams, managing projects, and driving system improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Oracle SaaS ERP and OCI certifications.
• Knowledge of best practices for system performance tuning and scalability.
• Background in change management and end-user training.
