Overview:
We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team and support our client. This role is critical to a major technology initiative aimed at migrating the State Aid Management System (SAMS) from its legacy platform to a cloud-based Low-Code Development Platform (LCDP) and a cloud-based Decision Management System (DMS). The Training Specialist will play a key role in developing and delivering training materials to ensure a smooth transition and effective adoption of the new systems by end users.

Duties:
- Develop comprehensive end-user manuals and training materials for newly released business applications.
- Deliver effective training to various user groups through direct instruction or a Train-the-Trainer approach.
- Create and edit training documents, knowledge articles, and technical documentation to support end-user learning.
- Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand training needs and tailor materials accordingly.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback.
- Maintain and update training materials as needed.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in developing end-user training materials, including manuals, guides, and instructional content.
- Strong background in delivering training to various audiences, both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to translate complex and technical processes into user-friendly materials.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms (LCDP) and decision management systems (DMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
