Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Solutions Architect, who will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for a Government Client Implementation project. Who will collaborate with multiple teams, provide strategic guidance to solve complex problems, and support key decision-making related to the client’s Workday Financial configuration. This role requires strong expertise in Workday Financials, including configuration, solution development, and alignment with the client’s requirements.

Duties

• Design and implement effective solutions for the Government Client Implementation project.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive solution design and architecture across various workstreams.
• Guide the client on key decisions related to Workday Financial configuration.
• Consult on configuration solutions for Financial Accounting, Workday Financial Data Model (FDM), and Budgets.
• Ensure solutions align with the client's requirements, policies, and industry standards.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• Workday Financials Certification
• Proven experience consulting with clients on configuration solutions for:
• Financial Accounting
• Workday Financial Data Model (FDM)
• Budgets
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues for both immediate teams and cross-functional groups.
• Ability to travel to Albany, New York (up to 20%).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Public Sector Consulting.
• Previous experience with PeopleSoft.
• Additional Workday certifications and experience in:
• HCM
• Payroll
• Other Workday Financial Certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
