Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Python Developer with prior experience at Capital One. The successful candidate will have expertise in both Java and Python programming languages and a strong background in utilizing AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust Java and Python applications.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing codebases to improve performance and reliability.
- Ensure best practices for coding, security, and cloud deployments.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Java and Python development.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Previous experience working at Capital One.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certifications or equivalent expertise.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
