In-depth understanding of design systems and experience in maintaining cohesive design standards.
A portfolio showcasing comprehensive design case studies and your ability to tackle complex design challenges.
We re looking for a Mid-level Experience Designer to join our Structured Finance Group design team. In this role, you ll take a more autonomous role in creating customer-centered experiences that simplify complex financial information. You ll work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers, taking ownership of projects and contributing significantly across the full design process from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
What You ll Do:
Lead Experience Design: Independently create and refine user experiences across platforms, with a focus on intuitive data visualizations and workflows.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with team members and stakeholders to align on goals and drive user experience initiatives.
Simplify Complexity: Transform complex financial information into clear, user-friendly interactions, workflows, and visuals.
Prototyping & Implementation: Develop detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Data-Driven Design: Utilize data insights and research to make informed design decisions that enhance user satisfaction.
Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and help maintain our design system to ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms.
