**Job Summary:**
Cloud City2025 is seeking a friendly and organized Cashier/Stocker to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the checkout, handling transactions, and ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service:**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring a balanced register.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
- **Stocking Duties:**
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering stock as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform physical tasks as needed.
