Cloud Contents is a local leading property restoration company. We specialize in emergency damage caused by Fire, Water, Mold, Environmental & Storms. We have been serving the Twin Cities area for over 25 years, helping people through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Our culture sets us apart from other companies. We are currently seeking an Administration Book Keeper to join our rapidly growing, fast paced company.
Position summary:
As a member of the Cloud Contents Team, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding customer experience by using attention to detail skills to process a variety of office tasks in a fast paced, detail-oriented, team environment. In this role, you will use Quickbooks to keep the book keeping for the company and other basic computer software to assist the Team and home owner’s.
Primary duties:
- Book keeper
- Administrative call and customer communication
- Administrative insurance providers fallow up and communication
- Administrative documentation of calls and communications
Experience/Skills:
- Dependable and responsible
- Competitive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technology efficient and ability to learn new programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Quickbooks Program knowledge
- Estimating software experience preferred, but none required
- Able to accurately type 40 wpm
- Able to follow systems/processes to perform job duties
- Task/goal driven to help reach Team and Company goals
- Clear and effective communication skills – written/verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think quickly
