Field Lead / Supervisor

Responsibilities
The Field Technician Supervisor coordinates, controls, and performs tasks on restoration projects to successfully complete needs and exceed customer and client expectations.
As a team member of Cloud Contents. The Field Technician Supervisor will demonstrate to clients, customers and community Cloud Contents is here to serve in a time of need.
Manage contents by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
Being a part of team that performs a verity of tasks that helps our customers to restore some normalcy to their lives as quickly as possible
Communicate clear expectations to field technicians, coach and supervise work progress
Manage the client and customer experience and satisfaction by having open communication
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure quality work for clients by team members
We are also looking for the supervisor to eventually grow into a project coordinator!
Qualifications
Experience in the cleaning industry and or supervising / leading a team is nice to have
Valid US Drivers License
Available for emergency services
Good communication skills
