24Restore team has provided disaster restoration services to commercial and residential customers in the Twin Cities area since 1994. Our team is looking to fill multiple full-time positions for Project Managers to take on more business and additional customers. The Project Manager position is open to all levels of experience. Our team will provide paid training, weekly coaching, and one on one support to ensure the success of our team members. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must speak English or be Bilingual
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Must be able to assist team in occasional prescheduled on-calls.
- People with Law Enforcement and Sales experience is encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers after disaster related situations.
- Execute from a predesigned sales process
- Prepare project scopes (Construction experience not needed)
- Prepare projects Purchase Orders
- Initiate and keep up to date contracts with the customer
- Milestone planning of overall project.
- Assist customer in selecting building materials
- Work with Production team to complete project on time.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 7:30am to 5:30pm (or until done) Monday to Friday
Salary base per year - plus NO CAP commission = $75000 - $100000
