Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise program staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities
- Oversee program budgets and ensure financial compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to program operations
Requirements
- Experience in social work or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

Pay: $16.46 - $17.50 per hour
