Job Description:

What will you be doing?

Providing expert technical guidance and support for Commvault backup and recovery solutions, ensuring effective data protection and recovery operations within HCA's healthcare IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Commvault solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate documentation of Commvault configurations and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Commvault technologies and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other IT staff on Commvault technologies.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of Commvault software, including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with various storage technologies (e.g., DellEMC, NetApp, Pure Storage, SANs, NAS) and their integration with Commvault.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex Commvault issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the client s operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical staff, including project managers and vendors.
• Understanding of the specific needs and challenges of healthcare IT environments.
• Expertise in backup and recovery procedures, disaster recovery planning, and data retention policies.
• Significant experience with Commvault backup and recovery solutions, ideally in a large, complex healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Relevant technical degree or certifications (e.g., Commvault Certified Professional).
