Job Title: WPS Mac & Mobility Services Senior Consultant/Architect
Location: Lilly Corporate Center - Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary: Workforce Productivity Services (WPS) is seeking a skilled and innovative Mac & Mobility Services Senior Consultant to collaborate with the Product Manager and Technical Lead in transforming ideas into projects that enhance the user experience for Lilly employees using Macs, iPhones, and iPads. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our organization's Mac and Mobility services align with enterprise standards, meet user needs across diverse personas, and support our commitment to a reliable, efficient, and high-performance IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current state of Mac & Mobility services against similar services in other enterprises.
- Identify strategic improvements to enhance user experience, reduce incidents, and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop a product roadmap that aligns with enterprise IT and user experience strategies.
- Work with business units to assess needs and design solutions in partnership with the Product Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in iPhone, iPad and Mac management, or a related role, preferably within an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-user computing management technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience with Apple hardware testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical specifications and business cases to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to align on requirements, negotiate terms, and drive innovation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with teams from external enterprises and sharing of ideas and information on Apple product management.
- Experience with device management (example Jamf, Intune) design, implementation and support.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with documentation and publishing platforms, such as SharePoint.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT procurement practices and vendor relationship management.
- Experience with Agile Project Management methodology.
