Job Title: Reference Architecture Project Manager
Location: Santa Clara, Ca (hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 months

Candidates should have experience working with multiple OEMs to test, design and build reference architectures for infrastructure related products.
While we’re seeking someone with experience in a related technical field, this role will primarily focus on executing a large-scale program that requires strong customer-facing skills. Candidates with backgrounds in product management and operations, who have worked with OEM customers, will stand out.
They will help build processes that is focused on setting and meeting high expectations and achieving landmarks that deliver elite products worldwide. Job Description:
- Development of a program framework, that focuses on product requirements/risks to meet strategic needs of the business.
- Communicate product development program status to development teams and key partners.
- Balance cost, performance, and issues in order to meet product goals.
- Handle activities and host regular project review meetings between engineering, marketing, product management, and operational organizations from product initiation through launch.
- Generate and control various documentation as appropriate, such as product specification, design and development plans, product configuration, resource assignments, bill of materials, etc.
- Responsible for team integration, project team performance, and evaluation and reporting project status to senior management.
